Tour overview
Travel the storied Golden Triangle and beyond, from the bazaars of Old Delhi to the marble perfection of the Taj Mahal and the rose-hued forts of Rajasthan. This journey balances grand monuments with quieter moments — a home-hosted dinner, a sunrise view of Agra's masterpiece, and the pageantry of a Jaipur palace — for a rounded portrait of India's north.
“Imperial cities, painted forts, and the timeless Taj Mahal”
12 Days / 11 Nights across 11 planned days in India
Arrive in India's capital and settle in at your hotel. Gather in the evening for a welcome dinner and an introduction to the journey ahead.
Explore both faces of the capital — the Mughal-era lanes of Old Delhi by cycle rickshaw, and the wide colonial boulevards of New Delhi, including India Gate and the Presidential grounds.
Drive to Agra, stopping en route at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned red-sandstone capital built by Emperor Akbar.
Rise early for a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, when the light is softest and the marble seems to change color. Later, tour Agra Fort before continuing toward Rajasthan.
Continue into Rajasthan and arrive in Jaipur, the pink-hued capital, in time to settle in before evening.
Spend the day exploring Jaipur's royal legacy — the hilltop Amber Fort, the City Palace, and the ornate facade of Hawa Mahal. In the evening, join a local family for a home-hosted dinner.
Travel to the edge of Ranthambore National Park for the chance to spot tigers in the wild on an included safari.
A full day dedicated to wildlife, with a jeep safari through the park's forests and lakes.
Return to Delhi with the afternoon free to relax or explore independently.
A free morning before gathering for a farewell dinner celebrating the journey's end.
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight home.
